DisneyWorld

After a short weekend trip in DisneyWorld, I'm back at it again. We were able to get away (Ryan longer than me) to go to Disneyworld with the Stams, Sarvers and Woods for a family reunion. We had a ton of fun and even got to meet our neice Reagan for the first time! All the kids are beautiful and truly great babies. We hit up Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Epcot. What could be a better break from school than a visit to see Mickey?!

Since I haven't even written concerning 3rd semester yet, I'll fill you in. I am taking 4 classes: Pathology I, Neuroscience, Medical Microbiology, and Physiology II. I already had my first round of exams, which went extremely well. I am praying for even greater success on my upcoming exams which start next Friday. They will be Friday, Monday, Friday, Monday. 2 weekends of fun...

We just bought this spanish program on disc and Ryan and I are learning to speak spanish together. Its challenging for him since he's never learned before, but after 1 day he's already so far along. I think it will be good for us. Oh and funny story, we just found out that the guy who swapped houses with us for our New York trip is coming down here again to watch Bentley for us while we are in Az in August! It's funny how things work out!

School is busy but this semester is not as bad as everyone made it out to be. Its hard to stay on top of the work each night, but do-able. I'm starting to prepare more for the USMLE Step 1 that we have to take at the end of 5th semester. I'd be lying if I didn't say that I was scared of it, but from this point forward I am not only envisioning obtaining what I need for the speciality I want (peds), but I am aiming for the highest score possible. We miss everybody and can't wait for August to come around. Keep us in your prayers as we take on the next couple of months.
